FAQ

Hello! This is supposedly my FAQ (frequently asked questions). But, as I'm not so known, the majority of these questions are questions that the people made me just one time, along with some other questions that I believe that some people want to know. So let's go!

1. What is your name?
   My name is Pauline.

2. How old are you?
   I'm 22 years old.

3. Can you show me a photo of you?
   Search here (https://instagram.com/paulinethelittle/) and you will find! :-D

4. Where you live?
   I live in Brazil!

5. How do you do stop motion?
   You take the object that you want to "move", put it in a position and then take a photo. After that you move a little bit this object and take another photo. And there you go: moving a little bit and taking photos. After that you can edit the video in any software of your choice. I have an old post where I explained how you do it. You can see it here: http://thelittlepaulineen.blogspot.com.br/2012/01/how-to-do-animation-video.html. It's a little outdated in how you can edit these videos, but you can get the ideia. I have plans to make a cool video explaining how you make a stop motion video, but I didn't had time to record it yet. When I can, I'll record and edit it and then upload on my YouTube channel. If you want, subscribe to my channel and then you'll see when I upload it.

6. Can I post your photo on my blog?
   You can! But the only thing I ask you to do is to give me credit, because I was the person who took the photo. This rule of mine works with photos from my blog, my Instagram and also from my Tumblr. Don't steal photos or any digital file from anyone on the internet. This can harm you!

7. I liked your video! Can I do one equal?
   I like very much when people are inspired by my videos and when they do videos too, however I think that is very annoying when someone make a video just like yours (or mine in this case). Use the other people's videos to be inspired, not for copy, okay?And if I had inspired you to make a video, send me the video so I can see. I'll be very happy!

8. Let's meet/make a meet up?
   Although I like very much my fans and virtual friends, I still don't feel comfortable enough to meet them personally. When I change this "status" I'll let everybody know!

9. Why you speak and write in english in your videos being a brazilian? 
   Currently, the english is a universal language, that means, many people in the world speaks english. If I had make my videos in portuguese, I wouldn't had the chance to divert so many people from other countries and meet (virtually) so many people from outside of Brazil. As because I love my origins, like very much my fans and friends and in respect of those who haven't chance to learn english, all my videos have subtitles in portuguese and description in portuguese. Beyond that, every time that I post on Instagram, I post in both languages (portuguese and english in this case).

10. Which camera do you use and how you edit your videos? 
   For my stop motion videos and for the majority of my photos, I use the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W210 camera. This is a old camera but it's very good to take photos (not to record videos). For my more recent videos, I use the family's camcorder that is the Sony Handycam HDR CX-190. My old videos have the most various origins: some were recorded with an old iPod touch, others with the camera cited above, others with my iPad and some that came from a much older family's camcorder. In the beginning of my YouTube career, I used to edit my videos with Windows Movie Maker, but now I edit with iMovie.
